"We had a small window of time to have our website both designed and developed. The Big Grin delivered on all accounts and project managed to a very successful completion. We were very happy with the cost, speed and quality of the overall service."

"We are the proprietors of Expresso Bagels, a new concept café in Melbourne. We approached Stacey during the very early stages of developing the café to help with our branding and logo design. The results produced by Stacey were instantaneously a success with us, she has the ability to capture ideas and creatively construct an identity. Stacey's knowledge of branding, the market and the importance of a recognisable and powerful brand meant we were able to trust in her ability to create a successful identity. An important skill is knowing what the client wants, Stacey was able to listen to our ideas, suggest ideas and from discussions with us, create something we wanted.

Stacey's input and ideas are very much a feature in our marketing strategies, using her knowledge of us and our business, she was able to put together our loyalty cards, wrapping paper, bags, signage, photos and menu boards in a timely and cost effective manner. Our work with Stacey is and will continue to be ongoing as a result of the high standard of work she and The Big Grin produces.

We cannot say enough about Stacey's passion and energy for her work. Her friendly, energetic and enthusiastic manner has always allowed us to have a good relationship with excellent communication. We have absolutely no hesitations in recommending Stacey or The Big Grin (the staff are always so friendly!)."

The design of a new image and logo by 'The Big Grin' for Rushworth Community House Inc. at the time of the expansion of our organisation to include the Rural Transaction Centre was very well received and had an effective impact.

The complete change from the 'House' image to that of a simple flower design makes us stand out among other community/neighbourhood houses as unique and professional.

The design is easy to adapt to other media because of its simplicity of colour and line such as stained glass, mosaic and quilt. It is well representative of us for our location in the Ironbark forest and representing nurturing and growth.

Dealing with 'The Big Grin' has been a pleasure and we always get good 'after sales service'. Thanks Stacey

Gillian Schoenborn, Coordinator, Rushworth Community House.

"I wanted to thank you very sincerely for the wonderful effort you put into the creation of our banners for the Australian Sales Mission in June. They were a big hit and very different to any banner we currently have. Your ideas for the banners were fresh, eye catching and told an intriguing story about Malaysia.

It was a pleasure working with you and we greatly appreciate the time you took to make sure that every aspect of the project was meticulously dealt with; from the selection of images to coordinating with the printer. I have to say it was a pleasure collaborating with you.

Thank you also for the prompt service and delivery and the invaluable fact that you are able to handle the full project from start to finish. It made a huge difference knowing you had your finger on every stage of production.

I wish you well and look forward to our next project."

Hasanti, Tourism Malaysia

"Stacey's designs have been met with great appreciation for their originality, simplicity and ability to have presented a complete branding package of not only how we see ourselves, but more importantly, how we are perceived by our clients."

"Minimax has been using the design and marketing services of The Big Grin for over 7 years. From the moment we engaged Stacey we felt in trustworthy hands. Unlike other design studios we used in the past were dealing with a very experienced communicator. We were no longer bombarded with ad speak instead we were dealing with someone who took the time to truly understand our business from the ground up. We felt Stacey was always in tune with what our customers wanted and needed. We felt comfortable in challenging her notions of which we were always given a valid reason for. Minimax went from producing 3 small handbills per year to producing major catalogues on budget with an increasing bottom line.

The Big Grin really make you feel like "your business is their business" and that the process truly is a collaboration. Stacey was familiar with our staff and was always accessible. Her design and technical knowledge was second to none which really made processes such as printing and photography so much easier. Stacey manages everything from start to finish and really makes the process far less stressful. The team behind her are all of the same ethos.

Last year were in the fortunate position to sell our business. The work The Big Grin produced over our time together within the area od marketing no doubt played an important role in our whole brand package.

We happily refer The Big Grin to other retail and other businesses.

Peter Harrison & Faye Dennis, Proprietors, Minimax.
